By booking or renting equipment from Absolute-Fun Party Rentals LLC ("company") you ("renter") agree to the following terms.
Equipment Rental
All rented items will be listed on your invoice or booking confirmation. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Rental Period
The rental period (3 days unless otherwise agreed) begins when equipment is picked up and ends when it is returned.
Late returns may result in a $50 per day late fee. Equipment not returned within 3 days may be charged at the full replacement cost.
Responsibility & Safety
The renter is responsible for the safe setup, use ,and supervision of all rented equipment.
Absolute-Fun Party Rentals LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from the use or misuse of rented items.
Adult supervision is required whenever equipment is used by or around children.
Equipment Condition
All equipment is inspected before rental. The renter agrees to return equipment in the same condition as received.

Payment & Deposits
Full payment is required before equipment pickup or delivery.
Deposits may be required to reserve rentals.
Cancellation policy:
21+ days before event: full refund
7-20 days: 50% refund
Within 7 days: non-refundable
Security Deposit & Credit Card Authorization
A $150 security deposit will be added to all rentals. This will be refunded within 5 business days of equipment return, subject to any charges for equipment condition, or late fees stated above.
A credit card authorization may be required before releasing equipment to cover potential damages or loss.
Charges will only be processed if equipment is damaged, lost, or not returned.

Equipment may not be:
Violations may result in termination of the rental agreement and additional charges.
Force Majeure
The company is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside of our control, including weather or government restrictions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
